Showglitz Navratri Utsav with Falguni Pathak 2019

Objective: To make a regional festive event into a massive one and create a hype on the social media platforms among the audience

Challenge: Falguni Pathak is known for her unique style and performance during the Gujrati Festival Navratri. To build up the excitement and sustain it till the day of the event as well as to keep up with the people’s energy levels was a challenge.

Plan of Action:
We started our campaign with a massive ‘We are back’ poster and lived it on our social media pages i.e Instagram, facebook and twitter. We used a lot of Gujrati- hindi lingo since most of our target audience connected to it.

Before we released the dates, we created a hype with an interesting and engaging campaign where we asked people to relive the previous year’s event.

We used the hashtag #JalsaWithFalguni throughout our event campaign which also got trending on twitter and Instagram. Along with the hashtag we ran various challenges to boost excitement of our audience. Here are some of them:

We orchestrated a whole shoot with Falguni Pathak. Where she answered the most asked questions from her fans. We created a buzz with this strategy among the audience and build more engagement on our social media platforms.

On Facebook,

The highest post Reach was 133k & the highest Video reach was 244k. We had a total reach of 7.84M with impactful content and aggressive ad campaigns.

On Twitter,

The tweets earned 29.4k impressions over a period of 73 days.

On Instagram,

The highest post and video reached more than 6k people and we gained more than 1.5k followers.

We conceptualized and organized pre-event, on-day event & post-event promotional strategies.

For Pre-event, with the ongoing challenges we also planned a countdown to the event with Falguni Pathak

For On-day event, we went LIVE on Instagram & facebook and also captured candid moments of people enjoying on the ground.

For Post- event, we shared glimpses everyday after the event was over on all our social media platforms. Here, we also featured the best GARBA QUEEN/KING of the day.

We subsequently promoted the event offline with the help of outdoor advertising such as banners, hoardings, etc. Here are a few samples:

Showglitz Navratri utsav 2019 with Falguni Pathak was a big hit. We made the event successful through our aggressive marketing on all social media platforms. The event was not only a hit for Mumbai, but also a grand success in Dubai and Pune. We successfully ran ad campaigns for booking online tickets. The event was also graced by a lot of renowned celebrities from the Industry.
