Objective: To re-brand and create a strong brand identity in the community. Create brand awareness and benefits of gemstone jewellery as well as generate online sales.

Challenge: Faya an offshoot of Merlion jewels was a niche brand known for gemstone jewellery. The challenging part was to rebrand and still cling on to the goodwill as well widen the brands market and strengthen their target audience and social media presence.

Plan of Action:
We started by creating a logo and revamping the whole brand step by step. We launched our logo and introduced the gemstones we specialized in on Instagram. We wanted the communication to reflect meaningfulness, elegance and beauty of every gem.

We wanted to spread awareness about Amber since the brand majorly specializes in Amber jewellery and hence chose to start our social media marketing by focusing on the benefits.

To make our page more appealing and to attract new audience we conduct photo-shoot of the jewellery. We built strong communication through classy and stylish creative shots which also help us create a strong positioning. Daily interactive stories and posts helped us promote our brand and reach more customer

With rebranding we also made sure that no stone was unturned by taking up the challenge of redesigning the overall packaging. From the box to gem notes we designed them all.

Building credibility for the brand was very important since we wanted to convince people that our gemstones are hand sourced & genuine.

Client diaries, testimonials and gemstone certificates were a few ways that we tried to build trust and show how our gemstones were authentic.

We understand the need of Influencer marketing especially for a brand catering to gemstones and jewellery competing with numerous high-end brands. We got in touch with bloggers and influencers that catered to our target audience to promote our healing gemstone jewellery.

Looking at the need of the moment and an increase in sales we launched their website containing the whole collection. We created a hype through sneak-peak and countdown posts on Instagram. Various interactive stories and polls were some additional tools that we used to help us launch the website.

 

Faya by Merlion Jewels is now a popular brand with a strong identity and image of its own. The brands jewellery is now recognizable and popular among the target audience. We have got the brand to ship its products locally as well as internationally. We keep running ad campaigns and various sales for the brand.

Inkspire Media enabled a complete re-branding and transformation of the brand. From logo to packaging we managed to uplift the brand and made it stand out from the clutter. All these things helped us increase sales, brand awareness and a powerful online presence.
